CNC Operator
Our "CNC Operator" Apprenticeship program is designed for students aged 18 to 35 who have completed their 10th or 12th grade education. This comprehensive training equips participants with the essential skills needed to operate CNC machines, focusing on key topics such as Lathe Machine operations, Milling Machine techniques, safety precautions in the workplace, and foundational CNC programming. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, ensuring that students are prepared for real-world industrial environments, making them valuable assets in the manufacturing sector.
Quality Control Assistant
The "Quality Control Assistant" Apprenticeship is tailored for students who have completed their 10th or 12th grade and are between 18 and 35 years old. This program provides in-depth training on quality control and inspection processes, primarily focused on the manufacturing industry.
The curriculum covers key concepts such as quality checking, interpreting engineering drawings, and implementing safety precautions to ensure high standards of production. Welder
The Apprenticeship in "Welder" is designed for ITI Welder Trade passed aged 18 to 35, offering on-the-job training to develop advanced welding skills. The apprenticeship covers a comprehensive syllabus, including practical experience in different types of welding such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, along with an emphasis on workplace safety precautions. Fitter
The Apprenticeship in "Fitter" is tailored for ITI Fitter Trade graduates aged 18 to 35, offering practical, industry-focused training.
